"The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. "

The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play."
