"Wonderful staff and very comfortable beds."

"The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled terrible. The receptionist was rude. The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. The woman working the front desk is the rudest person I have ever met."

"We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!"

"The noise from the footsteps above was quite audible, which made for a less peaceful stay. There were no water bottles provided. While the hotel advertised itself as being downtown, I found it to be a bit farther than expected, requiring me to take an Uber to reach downtown or other locations. I would suggest considering other accommodation options for a more convenient experience."
