"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. The dining room was very cute with lovely decor and it was fantastic to have...

Super cute location that has been tastefully renovated. Room (Upper Station House) was big and airy. Excellent bathroom. Lots of really nice top quality pubs for food and drink in the vicinity. Breakfast next day was nice.
Two minor gripes 1) Double bed had 2 single mattresses joined together so there was an uncomfortable gap in the middle and 2) For such a nice place a lot of the stuff came in individually wrapped portions, which wasnt very eco (sachets of sugar, plastic cups of UHT milk etc...
