The Space:
Villa Graciosa is a stylish and welcoming 3-bedroom villa designed for relaxed holiday living, perfectly suited to families and groups of up to 6 guests. Located in the popular Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, the villa combines comfortable indoor living with fantastic outdoor spaces and beautiful sea views.
The villa offers flexible sleeping arrangements across three bedrooms, allowing guests to choose between two doubles and one twin room, or one double and two twin rooms to best suit their group. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom, while all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
The bright and comfortable living area provides a welcoming space to relax together, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for an easy self-catering holiday, making the villa equally suitable for short breaks and longer stays.
Outside, Villa Graciosa truly comes into its own. The south-facing terrace has been designed for making the most of Lanzarote’s sunshine, featuring a private electrically heated swimming pool, comfortable sunbathing areas, a shaded outdoor dining space, and a built-in BBQ for relaxed al fresco meals. The pool table adds an extra element of fun for both adults and children, while the private hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island.
As evening falls, the gas fire pit creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a drink under the stars while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
A separate staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace, one of the villa’s standout features. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic sea views stretching across to Fuerteventura, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking up the scenery.
For families travelling with young children, stair gates are fitted on the main terrace to help restrict access to both the pool area and roof terrace, providing additional peace of mind.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Graciosa is located in the sought-after Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Aqualava Water Park is just 200 metres away, while a mini market is within easy walking distance for everyday essentials.
Playa Flamingo beach, along with a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, is approximately 900 metres away. From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the promenade into the centre of Playa Blanca, where you'll find an even wider choice of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
With the striking Montaña Roja volcano nearby and beautiful coastal surroundings, Villa Graciosa is an excellent base for both relaxing and exploring the resort.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network with the nearest bus stop just 300 meters away, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
