"Truly fantastic stay, the room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. The a la carte breakfast menu in the preferred area was extensive and the food was cooked to perfection everyday. Minor areas for improvement would be the location of the smoking area near the preferred outside space, it was a little too close to some of the sun beds. The mattress was also a little too firm for us, although we realise this is a personal preference. Otherwise we would not change a thing, one of the best hotels we have stayed in so we will return at some point. "

Our first time at dreams and in playa Blanca, stunning hotel, professional and helpful staff and great perks being in preferred club including the mini fridge and free breakfast included. "The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. I was inquiring how to purchase their wonderful-smelling lotion, shampoo & conditioner on our way out. These gents made it happen at the drop of a hat; meanwhile, their manager, a distinguished gentleman at the receiving area, thanked us for our visit and very genuinely and gracefully welcomed us back for a future stay. Job well done, Princess Yaiza! "

"Lovely apartments, with everything you need. Lovely big patio areas. Nice and quiet and no need to get up early for a sunbed. The grounds are well kept and clean. Will definately look at coming back here again in the future. "

"Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. "
