"We had a great stay at this three-level beachfront townhome in Palm Cay. With a family of two adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property was clean, well laid out, and as advertised.Check-in and checkout were straightforward and easy. Mike was responsive and helpful, and his activity suggestions (including boating options) were appreciated.We really enjoyed barbecuing on the beach and making use of the outdoor loungers. The white sand beach is ideal for younger children, the beach had calm water and was very family friendly. We made good use of the pickleball courts and playground. We also had extended family staying in other nearby units, which made it an especially nice group experience in Palm Cay. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a family-friendly setting"

"Very helpful and welcoming host. The condo is in great condition and supplied with basic necessities. In addition, we were able to rent a golf cart and pack-and-play that were nice to have. We also enjoyed the surrounding amenities at the Palm Cay Resort. Very quiet and friendly local community."

"Mike is the best and his outstanding written guide explaining the who, what, when and why for our stay was right on target. Everything you need was there! The best part - incredible view of the sunrise and the water is exactly 64 steps off the deck. BTW outstanding grill and lounge chair seating and table for six on the deck. Thanks Mike! The Millers"

"Our family of 6 adults loved our stay here. The property was just as described. We brought our own gear and snorkeled right off the back deck every day. As others mention, it’s away from downtown and restaurants, but we used Kirk to drive us where we wanted to go and he was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, a great option if you are looking for relaxing family time. "

Communication was great with the host. *Side note* If you want to use the amenities it does cost per day with a 3 day minimum per person. No big deal for us, but just good info to know about. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. "
