"What do they say about pay little dont expect a lot!...Marsh Cottages didnt let the saying down. The room(in an extension with two exteria walls) was FREEEZING dispite the solitory rad pounding out all night. Bed damp....walls damp...windows in wet room blowing a gale..towels muddy floor caked cobweds behind draws...along with mould. Should have ķnown really as the outside said it all really..... Im not one to kick when a persons down ....but i for one will choose more wisely in the future. Incidently carnt comment on breakfast as didnt stay to eat it....on a plus note....thw bed and bedding was clean and comfy..... "

"Beautiful cottage and fantastic views, windows needed cleaning and cobwebs in bathroom window area, towels very ruff,and didn’t like that fact we had to remove leaves from the swimming pool before having a swim."

"The cottage was lovely and clean on arrival and Robert was there to meet us & make sure we had everything we needed.The bedrooms were a lovely size and having two bathrooms was really handy."

"Lovely quirky property. Loads of extra finishing touches such as games and an extra bed if we wanted it, plus logs for the fire pit etc Clare was brilliant at communicating and really friendly. "

"Cottage is very clean and has everything you will need to make your stay a wonderful one. Gardens are stunning and the Orangery is incredible, an oasis of peace and tranquility. A fabulous location for access to Dorset, Somerset and Devon. The host is fabulous, very hospitable. Always on hand to help, before, during and after (I left something behind). She is very keen to make your holiday a memorable one. Definitely recommend."
