"My only complaint would be to offer the bracelets needed to enter the pool at the time of check in. Especially during a busy time, like FIFA. We went to pool on the 8th florr, from the 15th floor (long elevator wait time), only to be told about a needed bracelet that you need to get from the front desk. So down to 1st floor, wait in line, then back to the 8th floor again."

"Great hotel , clean and the but it's old hotel and they are renovating . MY TIP IS TO ASK FOR THE ROOM WHICH IS AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR AND QUITE ROOM. So I called I called the front desk before I came and made sure I had a room which is quite. Super friendly staff . Would recommend this hotel stay during my FIFA visit and it's in the great location."

"I arrived very late. At checked in, the customer service agent noticed my reservation was for the next day. He checked the room rate for that night, it was close to $1K and suggested for me to check online since I still have 10 minutes before midnights. I did managed to get a room at a similar rate to my other booking. I really appreciate this agent’s effort to assist me through this process and also allowed me to have the same room for the next block of reservation which started the following day. The hotel atmosphere is vital and warm. The room is spacious, upgraded and artfully designed. The room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area/"

"Glad we stayed here. A well-run mid-range hotel with a nice courtyard and better than average suites for a family. Airport shuttle worked well too. Two minor downsides: a number of the gym machines were not working when I worked out (though one treadmill did work). And they charge for ungated surface parking, which never seems fair."
