"We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "

"This is our 5th year in a row visiting All inclusive resorts. Riu Pacifico is good property, not to big or small. The service really stoodout to me, the staff is great, polite, attentive and welcoming! We had a great time!"
