"From the moment we arrived at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, we were treated to an exceptional level of hospitality. At check-in, we were graciously upgraded to a larger room, which set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. A special thank you to Laurine at the front desk—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel immediately welcome.
The room itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with an upscale feel. The corner view was absolutely fantastic, offering both privacy and sweeping views of the city. I particularly appreciated the large in-room shower and toilet, as well as the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
Housekeeping was impeccable, with twice-daily service that kept the room in pristine condition without ever feeling intrusive.
The highlight of my stay? The breakfast. Without exaggeration, it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had—a beautifully curated selection of high-quality dishes, with something for every palate. From the freshness of the ingredients to the elegance of presentation, it was on par with fine dining.
Every interaction with the staff reflected the Four Seasons standard—discreet, attentive, and always willing to help.
If you’re looking for true five-star luxury, attention to detail, and world-class service, look no further than Four Seasons Singapore. We can’t wait to return."
"The property is located in orchard road with good access to shopping malls and restaurants. Room size was small suitable for solo and couple travellers but not suitable for family.
Staffs were very well polite and well behaved. A good experience overall "
"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "
