Nice hotel, good staff, clean room, and lots of dining options within walking distance. This hotel does not offer breakfast buffet. The residence inn right across the street does. Overall, I’d stay there again and will recommend

This is our second time stsying here. Love the area. It is safe to walk across the street to various restaurants. Not far from UMSV, hotel is clean, fairly quiet. Front desk were very friendly. My main complain we were there 6 days stayed on 2nd floor and everytime you got close to elevator it stunk very strong marijuana smell. Staff room was right there. It’s a non smoking hotel. Also the water at front when you check in was disgusting. Maybe the container needed to be cleaned. Tried it twice and threw it out,

The bathroom needs LOTS of repairs with the fixtures, shower curtain torn up multiple places and OLD..bathtub chipped in multiple places and the black metal could be observed.

Everyone provided excellent service. I mean from the housekeeper, janitor, front desk , to bartender V. Great service and super friendly and professional. I will book again . Great personality. I wish the pool hours was extended.

The run was very nice, the price was great and the hotel property was clean. I only stayed a short time overnight but it looked nice. There might have been a few shady characters hanging around in the morning but The didn't bother me, just an observation especially since NY is getting a bit dangerous I'm more on the lookout. But all was fine. I loved the room couch so cute.

To that of other Hotels we stayed at for example the Hilton....The Marriott AC took a long time to warm the room, the water was hot and when one tried to gage the temperature, the water was cold. Not to mention the bed was so firm my husband and had backaches. Comparing to the Holiday Hilton the price was reasonable and we had breakfast. We did free Tea. I was disappointed with the Marriott CourtYard. Thank you
