In the heart of the delightful market town of Helmsley, this holiday cottage, one of a row, was originally part of the Duncombe Park Estate. Lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard, it is full of character with exposed beams and stonework, and a south-facing garden in which to enjoy summer evenings overlooking the castle. It makes a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Nunnington Hall, Rievaulx Abbey and Castle Howard (13 miles) are close by, and the North York Moors, with spectacular scenery, offers excellent walking and steam railway. Shops and pub 50 yards.
