Oleo Cancun Playa All Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Clean and friendly"

Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa
6/10 Okay
"Cyan needs major renovation work Soft beds and hot water were the most reliable things in my jacuzzi room. Staff made my trip the most memorable, a huge thank you to Ricardo and Manuel, Ismellie and Mariana. I will return when improvements are made because location and the pool/beach views were breathtaking!"

Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This is our 4th time staying at this resort and it’s been amazing that’s the reason we keep coming back. Is always enjoyable. The Spa is delightful experience every time. Highly recommend staying there.."

Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"This is our second and final time staying here. Although the place is niceish and most of the staff is friendly, it’s changed quite a lot. First, the butler service/concierge service is not at all what it used to be. They are there only to try to get you to buy upgraded services…nothing more. The food is ok at most restaurants, with some great food at the steak place and the Italian place.
One of the huge red flags is that they are always, constantly trying to sell something at all times. Then, they don’t honor the resort credits in accordance with their written policies! I literally tried to use them exactly as I was supposed to as written and was told “oh no, you can’t use them that way!” I show her the on-paper rules from the hotel and was still told I can’t.
Finally, it takes one bad seed to spoil the whole experience. There is an employee there named Benito who has no business interacting with people. I’m not a Karen…I smile and bear the bs and walk away. This guy is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a customer service environment. I had a question and he cut me off and barked at me… I just walked away and thought to myself that I’ll never stay at any secrets property again.
If you want a mid-range resort experience, this is it. Other places I’ve stayed are far more elegant and luxurious for a little less. I won’t be dishonest and say everything was bad… pools are nice, most of the staff is friendly. But it’s scammy, and that’s a turnoff."

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
8/10 Good
"Sunscape is a smaller resort with many great benefits. Once your in the common area everything is only steps away allowing for any activity within close proximity. Ocean, beach, pool, food, sports bar(no sound for sports). Food was great although the restaurants did not have AC which was uncomfortable for some people. Kids area was quite hot due to being on the lagoon side with no ocean breeze. Some rooms had better AC than others. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Within walking distance to Coco Bongo markets / pharmacies / malls. Great family friendly resort. 8/10"
