"Breakfast is excellent. Many dining options in hotel. They do a luggage transfer to your next hotel which is a big plus. They also have a taxi station in hotel.However rooms are pretty tiny. But for this price this hotel is good."

"Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean, and large enough for three single beds, but felt a little dated. Bathroom was a self contained unit with lower ceiling height. Shower couldn't be used on full power due to the handset rotating to either the wall or shower curtain, and it was too low to stand with head under the spray, but otherwise it was all good, and a reasonable price for Tokyo. Easy access to Shinjuku station (although a bit of a walk). "

"The location is perfect! A few minute walk to the train station and so many restaurant options near by. Rooms were clean beds comfy but basic. I was a bit disappointed when we seen the room. It didn’t match the picture I had seen online. This is a huge hotel besides check-in we didn’t have any other dealings with staff. "

"The hotel is in a residential/commercial area that has a few restaurants but nothing great nearby. The subway station is on the same block so it's convenient but you have to switch to bigger lines to get anywhere. No nightlife, quiet neighborhood. The front desk staff are just clerks - you basically check yourself in. They don't know the neighborhood for recommendations. The room was spacious and comfortable by any standard esp. for Japan. Beds were good, shower room was wonderful and we got towels whenever we asked for them. Breakfast was a good selection of Japanese and western foods. Very satisfied with the hotel but there was nothing of note around it."

"Staff were rude on arrival. I tried to check-in twice. First time, I kept getting interrupted by other guests trying to get their luggage and the staff kept catering towards them instead of asking them to wait their turn. I was then asked to step aside and the staff proceeded to finish with a guest that interrupted. The staff then forgot I was there and helped a guest that was behind me. When it was finally my turn, he was about to help another person who was behind me (after being asked by someone who appeared to be a tour staff) but the person behind me said to help me first. During check-in, he didn’t explain anything to me and just handed me the hotel information card. That’s not all. They only had one elevator that barely fit 2 ppl with 2 luggage. The hallway was dark. The room had a weird smell. The room was so small, you couldn’t open the fridge door completely. The AC was loud and dusty. The bed was stiff, and squeaky. I felt so uncomfortable, I left and booked elsewhere. If you choose to stay here, be wary."

"Perfect location overlooking Shibuya Scramble Crossing. We had the corner room with views of the crossing and city scape. Very nice breakfast with views (again). Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to catch the airport limousine bus to the airport too! Loved our short stay."
