"Check-in was simple and the staff was great & responsive. The room was perfect for 1 or two people despite me traveling solo. It was a 2 minute walk to the nearest convenience stores or restaurants and about 15 minutes to the Shibuya Station and even less to the nearest bus stop. AC, Smart HD TV, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, hot plate etc all work amazingly. Would highly recommend this place when staying in Shibuya!"

About 10-15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station area and 5 min walk to subway station (Red M line). 24hr 7-Eleven in basement and Daisy bakery in adjacent building which become our default breakfast spot. Room with 4 twin beds was spacious for Tokyo and worked well for our family. Highly recommended."
"Very clean and very easy to travel from hotel to the Tokyo cities. The train stations are about a ten minute walk or less. The staff is very friendly as well! Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free.
But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best.
