"Wonderful location, located by the Wawel castle & just a short stroll to the main square. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants & convenience stores within minutes. Ate dinner in the fabulous on site restaurant. Had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street, so did get noisy late at night & into the early hours of the morning as it got closer to the weekend. Very courteous, helpful staff. "

"The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spotless, the towels are the best I have ever found in an hotel and the fridge is well packed. To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."
