"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with the basics. No coffee maker but coffee shops close by. Perfect location for walking and site seeing downtown Boston. Just what we needed for a short one night stay."

"Great location, easy to get to from the (free) shuttle to South Station. Easy check in, friendly staff. Reasonable restaurant attached in case you’re too tired to go out, and coffee places everywhere. Will stay there again"

"I booked online for a family trip to the aquarium. We were looking for a place close to the city, but it needed a pool and free breakfast, which is not usually found in cities. This hotel was perfect! Dottie was at the desk when we arrived and she is amazing! She handled all of our needs, directing us to nearby parking that would handle the hours we wanted to be there without costing us extra, explaining where food options were, walking around etc. All the "unknowns" we arrived with were answered and relieved. The breakfast was perfect, the hotel was clean, all the staff smiled and welcomed us, it's a beautiful spot, close for walking into downtown, just a great place. Big thank you to Dottie for helping us!"
