"No phone in the room. no drinking water cattle in the room. No iron board in the room. ( It’s in the hallway each floor). The location is very good and convenient. The customer service is good. But false alarm at 2:00 am made all the guests walking down from their rooms to the ground. We saw few elderly people as well. We never had such bad experience before!"

The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. "Lovely hotel. The location was excellent. Showers are great. Breakfast was too expensive though at €44 pp Service was average. Asked for an ironing board and it took around 40 mins and 3 phone calls before it arrived. There was no turn down service and no little treats which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. "
