"Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it."

The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff provided good service, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I used the washer and dryer to clean my clothes."

"This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. Breakfast was also included. The location is also really good for access to the national park and downtown. Rarely am I impressed by a hotel but I cant say enough about the staff, room and service. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend it. Id give 6 stars based on how well everyone treated us."
