"They made it easy for our stay arrived earlier asked if we could check-in . Everything was perfect"

"Lovely stay and everyone so helpful"

"Location is ideal for travellers, rooms are functional and clean. The food is delicious, esp. The buffets. The free EV charging points much appreciated"

"Beautiful hotel, great restaurant and fabulous staff."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful."

"The hotel location is central, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes. Staff are excellent, very helpful and very kind. Would stay here again when in town."

"This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Every stay has been excellent. "

"Very clean room, a little TLC required (shower door was not on its rollers, now fixed by my husband). Great breakfast and wonderful eat-all-you-can Chinese Restaurant."

"Very nice clean and good breakfast. Staff very helpful would definitely stay again."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."

"Nice hotel out of nowhere in France next to the border of Switzerland. If you like seclusiveness and tranquility, this is it."

"Great location, clean room, excellent services and rich breakfast"

"I really liked the place and I would definitely stay there again. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and the food was great."

"Great location, nice apartment"

"Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful colours and decoration."

"If you like trains this is the place. Great view of the trains from the balcony and started the day with an excellent cooked breakfast"

"Great!"

"It was value for money as a budget hotel. However whole building was designed for winter I believe. It’s not a liveable place in summer weather specially hot weather like this year (2026) without air conditioning. This was the main concern for me. Hotel staff have changed our fan, a better one, following my request to change the room."

"Great place to stay for few days. Wery well connected and close to tram stop. Great staff. Room facing the street and railways a little noisy."

"Great value and newly renovated rooms with some Swiss charm :). The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better but it covers all the basics."
