"We’ve been to PBR twice and love this resort. The location is perfect, the beach is swimmable and the views are amazing. Food is good even though they could vary the selections a little more. Service is great. My only complaint is they really need new beach loungers. They are very uncomfortable because of the bars underneath and the fabric is so worn out that there is no support so you feel the bars on your body all day long!!"

"Cabo is expensive no matter what. Can radon has happy hours that helps, just don’t order anything to fancy!!! Pools are very nice and location is great!!! They do try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting but our gal wasn’t pushy about it…"

"Room mattress was as hard as a rock, ask to change never happened, sodas , beer , in cans can be colder, service excellent, best food is at the main pool, caution, no safety cal osha here, some safety fences guard rails metal & wood rotten don’t lean on , some drain covers rotten leg ,foot could fall in, bare wires electrical boxes hanging out , found a few, poor lighting at night be careful walking around, watch out for speeding shuttle golf carts , great food good service I will be back, very over priced steak house Quivira at the golf course, food just ok , not worth the price stay at the resort, also all inclusive not 100% there you pay half out of pocket there"

"We have stayed here many times over the years. Lovely place and they are handling bad storm weather and renovations of one pool well. We booked a pool view but there was no pool in sight from our room, no big deal since we not in the room much. Things have changed over the years as is natural but usually you hope it would be for the better. The aura doesn’t feel as serene or happy, they take away as much of the little things as they can that seem petty to complain about. Such as water coolers that used to be near the towel hits are gone, need to fill in the room or buy bottled from the market or restaurant. The small touches matter. The restaurants have gotten ridiculously expensive, we used to eat at least one meal a day on property and have a few drinks each day. Not anymore. We went to the pool bar for a drink and the server made us pay for it right away, we had hoped to have another but the way he treated changed our minds. 18% tip at the restaurant is automatically on the bill. “Automatically adding a tip or service charge to a restaurant bill is illegal in Mexico under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (enforced by PROFECO), though some tourist-heavy spots still attempt it.”"

"La ubicación es especial y espectacular. Piscinas espectaculares y vista al mar perfectas. No es seguro bañarse en la playa por sus fuertes corrientes. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con cucarachas parte trasera del deck con la piscina. Realmente eran miles."

"Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and an excellent room location. Breakfast was consistently enjoyable and stood out among the dining options. The biggest disappointment was the alcohol selection. Tecate was the only draft beer available throughout the grounds, and the room minibar included just two Carta Blanca beers per day. When we wanted more, we had to order and pay for them through room service. The liquor offerings throughout the resort were also limited to lower-end brands. My biggest recommendation is to watch out for the timeshare sales representatives. The hotel specifically warned guests in writing about avoiding them at the airport, yet similar representatives (concierges) were waiting at the resort and actively approaching arriving guests. It felt inconsistent with the hotel's own advice."
