Zolfo Springs is also home to Pioneer Park which celebrates the early days of Old Florida with a museum, vintage buildings and an old locomotive. The park offers recreation facilities and camping, along with a charming little wildlife refuge. Once a year, a county fair, "Pioneer Days," is held to celebrate local traditions and the heritage of Zolfo Springs, FL. In the wildlife refuge we got to see these two gators lurking in the water (from memory a small entrance fee/donation is required) #green
