"The staff , clean rooms "

"Great location to the beach, bakery and restaurants all within 2 blocks. Manager very friendly and accommodating speaking English and Spanish. Rooms very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of hot water and good wifi. Large jugs of drinking water provided. Rancho Grande suite has nice large patio with green space. Rooms facing away from street have no street noise. Only thing of note there is no name on the fence around the Villa so is a bit hard to locate on a first visit only identified by building number."

"The apartment was large with a full service kitchen and separate bedroom with very nice bed with soft, comfortable pillows. Service was beyond expectations as the staff even drove me to the beach in their golf cart. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Everything was wonderful. Lisa was very professional, polite, and accommodating. The condo and surrounding areas were very clean and had everything we needed. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer. "
