An easy 30-40 minute walk to many restaurants. Pool area is excellent and 2 for 1 cocktails last all day! Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. Could use some CLR on the taps and baseboards could use a scrub but absolutely loved the proximity to the ocean

Room was definately not the cleanest, but not gross. For us, it was just fine because we like simple. Beds were not comfortable, our girls ended up buying an ait mattress and sleeping on the couch to be some qhat comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful when we had questions. The food was very good, especially the breakfast, although more expensive than dinners. The pool was clean and very well kept. The biggest disappointment was that the axcess to the beach was all rock, you really couldnt enjoy a sandy beach, we had to go to the public beaches in order to enjoy the beach. All in all, if we arent being picky and can go with the flow, we would stay again!

Nice, big comfortable rooms with kitchens that were adequately stocked for our family of 4 to prepare some meals in our room. We were pleasantly surprised that our deluxe 2 bedroom was actually a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom which is great with two teenagers. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. The beach out front was nice for a swim once you get past the rocks. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Playa Bucerias. The hotel itself was quiet but there is street noise if you have a bedroom facing the road (ie. The brakes on bigger trucks). Sometimes we found this hotel to be a little too sleepy. It lacks a vibe. Would be nice to have some music at the hotel bar to give some life to the place. Staff were nice and the restaurant had good poolside snacks.

The beach is blocked by piles of rocks. Had to buy special shoes to climb over the rocks and get into the water. Very dangerous. Meanwhile access to the beach a little further in either direction was free and clear — no rocks. The room had a beautiful view but smelled of mold and needed updating, old stained furniture and very hard bed with worn bedspread and sheets. It’s beside a highway so there was traffic noise all the time. Food took forever and often arrived cold. Would not recommend. Hardly anyone staying there. Stay in Bucerias proper where the beach is sandy and unencumbered and you don’t have to call a taxi every time you want to go to a bank, a restaurant, or a store. This place has nothing around it and it charges a fortune for the only two good things it offers: a nice pool and a good view on the beach-facing rooms.

The staff was wonderful and the property was very quiet and peaceful! Our room was simple but very well kept and the balcony was spacious and a great place to watch sunsets. It was a bit of a walk into town especially returning at night but the taxi was quick and only 80 pesos. Really enjoyed the pool and swim up bar!

Extremely friendly staff and lovely people. Comfortable clean spacious rooms with an amazing view of pool and ocean views from dining sized balconies. Adult Guest only swim up bar making for a nice additional amenity. We had one of very few Sandy beach locations that included comfy loungers & palapa along the coast strip.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and clean. The hotel is in a great location, far enough from downtown but still within walking distance. The only downside was it was difficult to access from the highway due to ongoing road work.

A lot of construction on property. It is very dated but clean and comfortable. Right on the water, which is beautiful. Lots of great restaurants around. It was low season but it was often hard to find staff, so I didn’t enjoy any of the amenities.
