"Lacking lounging chairs on the beach, peoplle mark chairs and dont show up for hours on end"

"Everything was very nice. The manager James was very responsive to our questions. The property has several units all with a different layout. Ours was a single king room with a patio door opening onto a common area with a small splash pool. Not really a patio but most units were bigger with their own out door areas. The pool and grounds were immaculate. This is about a 15 minute walk to Centro Bucerias but there are dining options near by. The biggest grocery store in the area was a 10 minute walk. So that is bonus if you have a kitchen "

"My suite was roomy, clean, bright and well equipped. It is just steps to the beach and the hotel lends out chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. There are several restaurants in a 1/2 block radius. "

"Nice complex mexican style near beach, restos and sevices. However need to be up to date for the price requested: robinetterie désuète , hot water very slow to come, sofa bed very uncomfortable, swimming pool color not very attractive. However staff very very nice and helpful."

"The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!! "

"This is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Bucerias and close to all amenities! The suite was beautiful and beds very comfortable. Our host Lisa was very welcoming and answered all questions promptly! We stayed for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, beach, and nightlife. Would stay again!"

"The pool is fully shaded so a nice break from the sun as needed. A/C kept the room cool. A more rustic, authentic feel than a lot of newer places. Lots of beautiful plants around the property."

"This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away. What else can I say? "

"The location was perfect for us. We appreciated the terrace and the views of the ocean. The pools and the jacuzzi are nice amenities. The condo is modern and nicely decorated. Inside the condo, we appreciated that all of the appliances worked and that there is a dishwasher. The bathrooms are small and the lighting is not very good and there isn’t space for toiletries; however there are shelves in the bedroom that suffice. We were surprised that we had to purchase filtered water and toilet paper, but a small price to pay for the location. "
