I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, I wish I could have extended my visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service. The location felt very safe, with many small stores and charming cafés nearby. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance throughout, and the restaurant served excellent food. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. Definitely recommend to book at Sarnai! "
