"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort. The resort itself is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP upgrade, which made a noticeable difference. The Family Selection beach area was especially nice — less crowded and more comfortable. Overall food quality was good, although the desserts could definitely be better. During our stay we booked three à la carte restaurants. La Paisana and Sumptuori (teppanyaki tables) were both very good. Portofino, however, was a bit disappointing. The service was good, but the food didn’t live up to what we expected from an Italian restaurant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you can get the Family Selection or VIP upgrade."

"What a lovely trip! All of the staff were friendly & helpful if needed. Our room was spotless on check in and when cleaned during the day was always supplied with plenty of towels and soaps if needed. The food was pretty good, and drinks were always amazing. Especially loved the walkway across to the beach and buffet area. We took part in some of the daily activities and night entertainment and really enjoyed the staff running those events welcoming everyone in to play. Can’t wait to visit again"

"We loved the Ocean Riviera Paradise! The property was beautiful. We loved the pool by the ocean and the ocean itself were both amazing. The coffee shop Mikes was so cute and part of our daily stops after breakfast and later in the afternoon for a pick me up. There was a park that we played in every day and a family lounge area with games. All of the restaurants were great - my son has many food allergies and every single time they asked us about the allergies and made sure they were accommodated. Many times the manager or chef walked around the buffet at Amaranto and made sure we knew which foods were allergen-free or they would make something separate for him to be sure. We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back. Muchas gracias por todo."
