The accommodations were quiet, clean and safe. Service on the beach and by the pools were good. We got a pedicure at the spa and they did a great job. This was our first time in an all inclusive resort. It was fun and we got some great relaxation.

It was an ok stay, i feel it needs more staff to meet entertainment for the amount of guest and pool areas. The same staff members from bfast worked throughout the pool, lunch and dinner. Pool closed too early at 530 for the workers to make it to the dinner and left everyone at the pool with no music,drinks or entertainment. The 18 and over pool there was no entertainment it was very underwhelming. The dj at the nightclub played music for himself i asked for music 2 separate occasions and non were put on. The club was a fail. DJ was definitely not pleasing the crowd. Staff was great just feel they are definitely understaffed.
