Nice property, kind staff

Very good . Staff were very ni e and friendly . Elevator use is very convenient . Food is no problem anytime .Very clean everywhere around the vicinity .

Clean and safe. The not so good parts were closed restaurants, the open buffets were mediocre and my room key failed 3 times in one day. The staff were super at the pools and restaurants. The restaurants we ate at were very good. The theater is outside and very muggy and two shows were entertaining. Not much to do so a 3 or 4 day stay is plenty.

Food is alright. Bed is comfortable.

I love this resort. We have always had such fantastic service! This was trip three to this resort.

Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Service and hospitality were top-notch, with staff being attentive and friendly. The variety of food was outstanding — every dish in every restaurant was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere, cuisine, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

The pictures do not do this property justice. This was one of the best all inclusive I have ever been to. 24 hour room service, very nice gym with machines to get me through a full workout, a cafe in the morning with espresso and iced drinks, 5 amazing restaurants open for differing meals, and a private beach access with physical ocean activities free. This was so much fun and I will head back if I can.
