I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.only the beach had some sargassum on it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The cleanliness of the hotel is great but wall in the room and furniture on balcony furniture is outdated. Food id Amazing!! Staffs are friendly and helpful. We're enjoying to stay by the poo.

Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there.
