Staff were incredibly nice, buffet had huge variety of dishes. Tip bartenders and drinks get better, for that matter tip any of the service workers as they really do appreciate and need your dollars. Steakhouse is nice, but you need to get in line early if you want to get a seat or get on the list. The Japanese restaurant has fantastic steak and seating is usually available. Rico the matre

Design flaw with the bathroom having transparent glass doors which seemed very odd. Inappropriate for families with children. Resort was unable to handle the volume of visitors during the Christmas vacation.

The food quality was not up to the mark. Poor food variety and selection across all the restaurants and very limited reservations thus barely could get bookings. Poor room services and lack basic communication skills at times. We travelled with a toddler and requested a crib way ahead of time and requested it few times during our stay but never got it as well.

Everything was truly excellent. Rooms always clean and stocked. Amenities, pools and restaurants were amazing. Would recommend 10/10

The whole facility and of course the ocean is beautiful at this resort. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of their staff. Good job, we had a great stay. Jesse Alexander

Highly recommend this resort. It's not the quietest at night, but its clean... the staff is professional and friendly. The amenities are gorgeous, and plentiful. Food, drinks and snacks abundantly flow daily. We used USA travel for shuttle to and from airport, and entrance and exit from resort was easy and friendly. I did a mind, body, soul full body massage during my stay and it was wonderful. We visited during December 2025, and the beach there was dark, murky, and full of seaweed... so if you’re coming for blue beautiful clear water, do research prior to. I will definitely utilize Excellence resorts in the future.
