Staff fabulous as usual, room okay but having

Lovely resort and plenty of room in the family apartment, great terrace and lovely staff, also the best bed l have slept in, in a hotel

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay, but it seems ludicrous that to get to my room with luggage i had to get the lift from reception (3rd floor) up to 4th floor then walk halfway around the hotel to another lift to go down to the 2nd floor ( where my room is)

Very helpful staff. Clean facilities. Lots of nice pools. Good restaurants. Nice place, but the people make it.

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Room was very clean. Had an excellent view of the ocean. Food was excellent as it changed everyday. Great location.

Good food, great location. Rooms however are a bit lacking and bare minimum.

room clean dated. bed rather uncomfortable used duvets in cupboard to make a mattress topper. all staff were kind friendly helpful.
