Our room was comfortable and clean.Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.Food quality in the restaurant was reasonable.I was disappointed with 2 issues:
1) I booked a reservation in the Grand Cafe over 6 months before arrival as I was hosting a dinner with friends only to be notified a few days before they had sold out the restaurant to a private function.They moved us to a basement bar area that was not very comfortable for a dinner with inexperienced

Beautiful place to stay - safe, quiet and has its own unique charm. There was no desk in the room, so it was a bit uncomfortable for me to work with my laptop. Otherwise - no issues! Coffee was excellent, room cleaned every day, location is great.

Our hotel lady was very helpful and accommodating! It is walking distance to everything and the location is prime!
The rooms are clean, fully stocked and large! There were 5 of us and we all fit in comfortably!
Definitely recommend this gem of a place!

Incredible location and facility. Historic hotel lived up to every expectation. Room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Old Course. Rooftop bar had great view, drinks and food. Can’t wait to stay there again in the future.
