Staff we're extremely nice.

The room was comfortable and beautiful with an amazing view of the city. The staff are friendly and there are amazing restaurants in the hotel. The garden is beautiful at night as well as early morning stays. We enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast is excellent and with a wide variety of dishes.

Room was clean, amenities were outstanding, food was delicious. We loved the club lounge.

The hotel room was extremely comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in each room was a wonderful convenience. The shower and toilet are separate, which adds to the comfort, and each room allows full control of the air conditioning and heating, both of which work very well. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby train and bus stations. It’s also just a 15-minute walk to popular shopping spots like Uniqlo, Muji, and Daiso as well as higher-end stores. You also can take a bus. There are also plenty of dining options around the hotel. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Tokyo, and I would definitely return.

Hotel is a little far away from the train station. The spa and amenities are in a different building. Room is big, not bad.
