"Close to subway and McDonalds for a late night snack after a long day of seeing the city. Room is very small and the window didn't open which made it get stuffy really fast. Overall, it did its job and provided a place for us to crash while visiting Tokyo. "

"I liked that it was close to the train station, however it is a little far from tourists attractions but it allowed me to explore Tokyo area very nicely. I liked that they offer bottled water, if you choose not to get your room cleaned every day. "

"Property was overall ok, and very convient and centrally located to transportation to Disney and other areas. Notes: bathroom was renovated weirdly, small huge step to walk up and the toilet seat/bidet didn’t fit properly. So if you are sitting the cover is resting on your back, when standing you have to hold the cover up."

"the hotel started its self check-in and out, even though there's always people to help, but the hotel kind of loses its service quality....not as friendly as before, but it is still a very convenient place to stay"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

If I could give 11/10 I would!

"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"
