Brand new and very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Great location. Cute property with hang out areas and nice restaurant.
However, I wasn’t greeted upon entering reception area, and there were multiple staff members with their backs to me hanging around the desk. I felt like i was intruding by trying to check in.
The room felt very clean initially but then i noticed a few hairs on the shower wall, and the small lotion near the sink (that they give to you) had been used and was half empty. I also saw there was someone else’s eye glasses left on the floor just barely under the bed.

The bed was terrible, the air conditioner was TERRIBLE, we waited since 3:55 pm until 4:35 pm when we arrived
