The staff were amazing the resort was spotless everything was amazing

Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I had an encounter with the guy arranging airport transportation (third party via Expedia voucher) and he was extremely rude. On the last night, there were several roaches (not water bugs—house roaches) in my room. They did move me (this took place at 4 am) and gave me a number to call to discuss compensation. The food was not great, even for resort standards. The adjoining family property seemed nice with a good amount of activities for kids and a wider variety of food options. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip.

This was our best resort experience to date. The staff was amazing. The resort was beautiful. Highly recommend. You will not regret staying here. Also - visit the spa. So nice!
