The staff are friendly , breakfast is good. The only thing is the bathroom shower area is so tight in a corner n water supply is quite low.we wished we had a window that can be open. But overall its not too bad

This hotel space is a recent renovation of an old building. It was very convenient to access anything in old Florence. The room is as spacious and the bed comfortable, however we had to request a room change as the street noise was not blocked by the window at all. We figured that insulation around the window was non-existent. Also, the doors and walls were thin and we could hear any noises in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Our second room was more quiet, looking out over a central open area, used mainly for piping and maintenance equipment. The bathrooms were a good size with a dimly lit shower area. Breakfast was limited but the food was fresh (cereals, hard boiled eggs, cheese, croissants, cakes and decent coffee). Overall, we were satisfied with the room but wished we had spent more for a stay at a higher rates property.

It worked fine, but wasn’t the most intuitive process - I’d have preferred a key, which was available when staff were around. The hotel itself is small, brand new, and absolutely spotless. The beds were really comfy, and as Expedia VIP guests, we were treated to a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! We spent time by the pool, which felt quite exclusive and peaceful - a real bonus. The only slight downside was the air con, which seemed a bit weak. We didn’t really ask about it as we were out late most nights. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, which we didn’t mind at all - nice to stretch the legs and explore a bit. All in all, a fab stay and we’d definitely come back.

Excellent location, world class staff & service and an excellent breakfast set up. Lastly the rooftop bar provides great views and a nice way to end the day.
