Cancun Beach Holidays

Truly an enjoyable stay and trip! The staff were wonderful, kind, and very accommodating. The food was pretty good, although we loved the Italian and Mexican restaurants by the pool the best. Thank you for making our trip away so relaxing and enjoyable!

Nice big resort. The food is really good. This is my 2nd time visiting and would definitely recommend it.

Las playas excelentes, las personas en el restaurante muy atentos y serviciales, con excepción de: no te llevan suficiente agua de tomar a tu habitación bueno eso nos tocó a nosotros 3 botellas un dia si, y otro no, definitivamente eso no me gustó. Otra cosa importante, que el baño, el agua no tiene suficiente presión, eso era desesperante. La regadera trabajaba muy bien.

Very clean hotel, Nice staff, great variety of food, had access to all three of the family hotels. If your looking for a peaceful weekend this is the hotel no loud noises and no kids. Definitely recommend the oceanfront view with the private plunge pool made my stay even more amazing.

Mucha amabilidad departe de todos los empleados. Te atienden como Rey. La cómida de primer nivel. Los bares te atienden rápido y siempre divertidos. Lo recomiendo al 1000%

Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset. Property has laid back entertainment. If activity and adventure are your thing, they also offer diverse excursions. I personally LOVED, Xplor Fuego. Highly recommend!

Very nice accommodations. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Front desk while checking in: she could have been nicer. Hotel staff: awesome, they were kind, respectful, and welcoming. Hotel and outdoor pool areas: super clean, with staff everywhere keeping things in order. Inside the room: it felt like the room didn’t match the outside. The rooms were pretty small, and everything felt a bit tight. They could benefit from some renovation. Room service: GREAT. They were quick, and the food was great. Food overall: we liked the food
