I liked the facility units entirely. I was truly impressed and will return. Clarify how to go about reserving a place at the restaurants, especially the KRYSTAL. Your live entertainment is grand. Your resort is family friendly and I like that there is so much for the children of all ages to do. The food is amazing and the varieties. I enjoyed the fact that I had twenty-four hours eateries available to me. Also, that no matter which area of the property I was on, service was available to me. Thanks for being a great hostess. Leo, Arlett, Yiraldine, and Laura were amazing hostesses. Of course there were others, however, I do not know their names. 5Stars.

Excellent room space and a good food service

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is a gorgeous property with breathtaking grounds and excellent food. Our room was comfortable, and both the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were highlights. Unfortunately, the service did not always meet expectations. Our assigned butler was rarely present and provided little assistance, which made the experience less personalized than we had hoped. Overall service also felt inconsistent and at times overly focused on tips. On one occasion, a waiter even attempted to serve food with used utensils, which was disappointing. That said, some staff in the restaurants and spa were excellent, showing professionalism and warmth that stood out from the rest. In summary, the hotel itself is beautiful and the food is excellent, but the service culture — especially the butler experience — needs improvement, particularly for guests who don’t speak Spanish.

Everything was so nice and everyone were so friendly. It was calm and relaxing. I had an issue in my room and it was resolved quickly. I will definitely visit again.
