We stayed for 2 nights at Karras Hotel. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on resting and enjoying their room & amenities.
Our room had several issues:
- water from the main drain in the bathroom was constantly backfilling after showers and flooding not only the bathroom but also our room. We had to move our things around and put down towels to prevent the water from ruining our things.
- leaking pipping under the sink, all our towels were wet with dirty water
- phone in room not working
- supporting mirror in bathroom loosely fixed to the wall, can easily fall and hurt someone or break the main mirror
We notified the staff of some of these issues during our stay, we could only temporarily have another room to shower and come back to our original room.
When we checked out we notified the staff of all these issues and they didn’t write down any of these problems.
The only positives:
