Excellent host, clean room with a great view, the daily staff for aerobics and events did a great job!

The room was awesome. Great beach and phenomenal pool. Crappy nightlife, almost non existent. Food was never hot. The sewer smell throughout the property was awful.

Pros: good polite serving staff, clean rooms, always had bottle water and beer available in room, restaurant food was good. Beach was nice and always had chairs and clean towels available. Felt safe always, even during transport from airport. Cons: if you're an only english speaking america you will have trouble understanding a lot of the workers, including the front desk personnel. We had to go back and ask someone when our reservations were and several other questions because we were clueless. Im not saying it's the resorts fault, but something to consider. The buffet food for lunch and dinner is horrible. The desserts are a total catfish, but the drinks were all good. We had several bahama mamas and pina coladas.

Room were clean, some staff wasn’t that good they only served white or from other country also the club was closed and you have to pay for other activities, I paid extra money because expidia but my son and daughter as a child.

Spacious rooms and excellent for family of 5. Updated rooms and easy access to restaurants. Beach is 1 mile walk or golf card ride. Coffee bar is awesome! The buffet was not great- no enough options and food was mediocre. Beach party event they had was a lot of fun for the group! Concierge never contacted us. Overall fun time and comfortable!

Nothing to claim,everything superb, the attention of the staff fabulous ,always good mood and willing to help and serve to make you feel comfartable Room excellent also

Every is great . Francisco our bottler was amazing. He does the imposible to made our stay fantastic. The only thing it will help if the check in process is faster.. Is just slow. Otherwise I will had gave you 5 stars

The hotel grounds beach pool were beautiful, the rooms were average, beds not that comfortable, low grade finishes in bathrooms and rooms, the restaurants were average, but the food buffet (breakfast dinner) was excellent with plenty of variety. Hotel staff friendly. New years eve Party was family friendly and a 10! Very fun and lively and free for guests. went on two excursions. Scuba caribe snorkelling was great. Overall good experience.

Unfortunately I found there was a design fail with the air conditioning in the rooms and it simply recirculated the damp air from the bathroom making the rooms damp and moldy, both my wife and I left the holiday with a chest infection, the hotel was informed and we were initially moved but the problem existed in the second room. We have been offered a “complimentary upgrade” but the T & C make this nearly impossible so I believe this to be a hollow gesture. The food servings were small at best, I know it’s an all inclusive resort but we found we were ordering 2 main meals each to get a full plate of food, some may say this sounds glutinous but we are not excessive eaters
