Stayed here for 7 nights with family in presidential suite. Room was nice but out dated: Staff was nice but nothing exceptional about the customer service.
Beach front property with a nice private beach. Pools are nice. THE FOOD…. now the food needs lots of improvement, LIKE MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!! Buffet was horrible!! We tried all 4 of the restaurants and the only decent one was the Italian restaurant. Customer service at the restaurants was good and presentation was good but the food taste was below average, 2 Stars on food taste.

This Hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They welcomed us at the lobby with lemonade as we were checking in. The food was delicious the drinks were great. I loved everything about this Hotel this is the 1st time I give an excellent review to a Hotel. The malecon is nearby walking distance we walked there every night it was so lovely. I highly recommend it.
