I definitely won’t stay there again. Just due to the staff. They really had no idea what they are doing from check in to check out. I gave up trying to get hangers after the 4th request. We were out of body wash it took a forever to get and I was already showered by the time it arrived.
I requested an early check in at 2:30 and they were going to charge me but I pointed out via my VIP that was free. I requested the free upgrade and they said there was a fee for that so no VIP upgrade when the hotel was far from full.
The beach is full of seaweed and smell but Mother Natures fault.
The good I can say is the restaurants were all excellent and the location was good. The room was clean. Beds hard.
