This was an excellent hotel, right in the middle of Electric Town. I would happily book another stay here.

Very helpful, English-speaking staff who were always available, and a great room. Easy, comfortable stay in Ueno. Would stay again.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

This hotel is the conveyor belt version of sushi. You are shuffled in, wait in long lines every day to use an elevator, mattress was the least comfortable mattress I’ve ever been on and I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries.
