今回2度目のステイでしたが、スタッフ の方々がとても親切でプロフェッショナル。立地もいいし、部屋も綺麗で気に入っています。空港リムジンの予約も、時間ギリギリだったにも関わらず手際良く手配していただき感謝です。また次回も泊まろうと思います。

Tokyo dome hotel was the best. The staff was super helpful and nice. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, a convince store, and a high end bar. Best place ever.

From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. Thank you everyone for makkng my husband dream come true.

Bed kinda sucked. Was so tired it didn’t matter. Lady at the desk was nice. The spa bath in the basement is what saves this place. That is such a godsend after a day of travel.
