Cleanliness was a major concern. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, there was hair on the food, a lipstick stain on a glass, and a tiny roach spotted in the self-serve juice at the buffet. Sadly, this experience ensures I won’t be returning

The pools were nice.

Its an amazing property with vast area to explore. Lots of restaurants and the restaurant service is good as well. However, the pool bar experience was disappointing due to consistently poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and unclean drinks. The staff at the pool bar will never greet or acknowledge. Only one bar available for pool and beach area together, except for some special events. We ends up in buying liquor from outside (uber eats). The service at the restaurants and the lobby bar was excellent and staff were very friendly on all other areas except the pool.

Staff was extremely pleasant. Food was great. Property was very clean

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.

I had a great time with my husband; however you need to book your restaurants before, or you can't go wherever you want.
