The staff are lovely and helpful, they printed out conference papers for me and were always very efficient. Breakfast is a huge spread and worth it. Walk down Severinstraße to the Severinstorburg and you'll find a market, lots of cafes, restaurants and more. Also don't miss the Katzentempel cafe if you are a cat fan.

It was clean and the desk staff were polite and friendly. Would be nice if there was an alternative blanket to the duvet as my husband found the duvet to be too warm.

"Hotel was ok, breakfast was good! Room was a little dated. Cologne, other than the Cathedral, and old town area was good, but the rest of the city was blah and dreary"
