Clean room. Great location. Terrific staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again. The gym was one of better gyms I have seen as part of a hotel. I give it a 98%.

Everything in this hotel was excellent, really. From their concierge to room to food to their amazing spa services ( a bit pricey but oh well it’s Melas Istanbul) to their great Hair and Nail salon run by lovely couple , Ahmet and Kobra ♥️ I was in a very bad state of mind when I checked in due to massacre in my country Iran and had to flee to Istanbul and these people made me feel there is still good in the world, thank you all🙏🙏💐

Not a bad stay, but not what I expected of a highly rated hotel… Check-in process was simple and there was a nice plate of fresh fruit in the room to welcome me. Much appreciated little touches! However, the room was not stocked with bath towels when I arrived - I had to ask twice. House-keeping staff then became very attentive. There was an obvious language barrier with most of the staff, which made my stay somewhat difficult. I have no major complaints, I just feel that there would have been higher level service at a property claiming 4-5 stars.

It’s a very nice “boutique hotel”! Depending on what one wants or expects, it might not be exactly that. If one wants a larger hotel with fancy lobby and big rooms, this is not it. However, the staff are super friendly, overall very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s within walking distance of some of the best tourist attractions including the Bazaar and famous mosques. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Be aware that this hotel is in an old neighborhood with small roads that might or might not be open to car traffic all the time. Rooftop restaurant and the food was great. Overall, it is a nice hotel if you are not with a family. Rooms are small and some have no windows!

We had a great stay at the Armada. It's authentically Turkish (as compared to staying in an American-chain hotel). Super close to the top old town sights, Arasta Bazaar (much more manageable than the Grand Bazaar), restaurants and Sea of Marmara. Amazing breakfast spread and top floor views of the water and mosques.
