The hotel is great. The employees can be little more friendly and smile. The worst thing is that they have guest experience representative in the hallways by the rooms open all night (which is good) but OMG the employees were so loud you can not sleep. It drive me crazy.

Our butler Noris was amazing! Everyday she gave us updates about the events that day and made sure our stay was phenomal! Carlos at the expedition table just outside the lobby towards the pool was also another MVP! We did an excursion everyday and saw almost all of the hotels in the area and TRS is by far the most beautifully kept.

We loved EVERYTHING about the resort the souvenir stores they had inside the actual resort, the food, drinks, and especially the employees there! They always made sure everything was going GREAT and we were enjoying our stay! We had the pineapples and coconuts at the hut by the pool! They go out and get them making them 100% natural really recommended it and the guy there was really nice!

However, what truly made our stay
unforgettable was the amazing service we received. Especially Jency Perez, Caesar, Carlos aka Chocolate, Bearni and Bolivar. They were the best!!!
