Family oriented, super big resort. The facilities are renovated and the amenities are many. Food options are abundant and as always, you will get better food at the a la carte restaurants, but the buffet is still really good. The night shows are amazing and the entertainment staff is super friendly. Overall, this is a great pick for a family resort. Would definitely come back!

A time was definitely had. Loved the entertainment and private pool. Staff was amazing. Anniversary Dinner was a little disappointing at The Grill. They didn’t seem prepared, we didn’t feel that our moment was special to them as it was described by the Hospitality Staff that booked it. The Oregano restaurant was also a flop, food was tasteless. I wish the resort also offered other sugar free drink options besides carbonated drinks for people with dietary sugar restrictions . Such as unsweetened teas or zero sugar juices even zero sugar gator-ade. Some protein shake options would have also been nice. I give my experience an 8/10 but do plan to return to Excellence Resorts in the future.
