⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Resort! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Majestic Elegance Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. A special thank you goes to our concierge, Rafael Vasquez, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We would also like to recognize Michael, one of the bartenders, who provided outstanding service with a smile every day. His friendly personality and great drinks added so much fun to our vacation. Another big thank you to the two evening bartenders in the main lower lobby—both happened to have the same name (which unfortunately we forgot! 😂). They were always welcoming, attentive, and made every evening special. Their excellent service and positive energy did not go unnoticed. And of course, a huge shout-out to Pepa from the entertainment team! She brought so much enthusiasm, fun, and energy to every activity. Her passion for making guests happy is truly remarkable. Thank you to everyone at Majestic Elegance Resort for creating such a fantastic experience. We made wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently polite and friendly. However, there were several areas that left a lot to be desired. The Wi-Fi and power went in and out multiple times during our stay, which was frustrating. The food was mediocre at best, while the drinks were decent but often inconsistent in quality. The restaurant dress code seemed a bit comical and outdated—men were required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, while women appeared to have much more flexibility in what they could wear. Entertainment options were lacking. The escape room was by far the best activity available, but it came at an additional cost. There was a basketball/tennis court, but no equipment was provided to actually play. I’m also not sure what happened to the arcade, as it was either unavailable or nonexistent during my stay. Another inconvenience was having to get our room bracelets reprogrammed almost daily. Additionally, a shuttle service to and from the airport would be a welcome amenity and would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, while the property itself was clean and the staff was pleasant, the resort fell short in several key areas that prevented it from feeling like a truly enjoyable vacation experience. Rating: 3/5 stars. Clean property and friendly staff, but inconsistent amenities, weak entertainment, and recurring technical issues kept it from meeting expectations.
