The Hotel is very close to the Museums,the canal cruises, and the Berlin tower. Great location. Breakfast was exceptional lots of variety. Rooms were quite for a good nights sleep. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay. Large room with large bathroom. Michael is great very helpful concierge. Perfect location close to tens of great restaurants and only 3 stops or 7 min cab ride from Berlin central station. All main Berlin’s landmarks within 15 min walk. Price very affordable. You can’t do better than this.

A very strange 5-star hotel experience... Their main restaurant was closed on Monday, and the only other place to eat was the hotel bar. I asked the staff to book a massage for me, but they simply pointed me to a QR code, which didn’t work. There seemed to be no other way to book, such as calling the spa directly. When I eventually went downstairs to the spa to ask how to book, they gave me a completely different website. It also turned out that the spa is run by a separate company and is not actually part of the hotel. The spa facilities themselves are tiny and crowded. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff at reception, as there was almost always a queue. Another thing to be aware of is that around half of the rooms face the inner courtyard, which is quite dark. We had one of those rooms, and it felt dark inside pretty much all day. The hotel itself is beautiful, though, which makes all of the above even more disappointing for a 5-star property.

I especially want to highlight the care and dedication of the staff—one night after walking all over Berlin during a heatwave my daughter managed to lock herself out of our room and we were so exhausted we didn’t hear her knocking. The staff found her wandering in her pjs, gave her a popsicle to calm her down and got her back to our room safely, and we didn’t even know it had happened until the next morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a lovely quiet area surrounded by beautiful green parks while still being in the heart of Berlin. We were there for a family vacation and being able to slip into the back door of the zoo was magical.

We had a very good service from the maintenance staff and from de cleaning staff. Very good check-in. Good breakfast.

A great hotel. Wonderful location and excellent value. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I return to Berlin this will be my go-to hotel. Highly recommended.
