Amazing location and beautiful. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will recommend it to anyone searching for a relaxed and enjoyable time. It was excellent.

2 star staff weird

Spa is sub par, too expensive for what is offered. The water is warm in a plastic pitcher. The tea is a weak, lukewarm, unidentifiable brew. Both containers just plunked on a shelf. Given a hand towel, cheap beach chairs and pitiful locker room. Have to pay extra for use of stem etc., even after an 240 Euro treatment. I’m used to beautiful and spacious spas with a quiet and lush environment, fresh tea and snacks, new robes and an inviting locker room for a lot less. Not worth the time. Treatments were rushed and mechanical. Only option for breakfast is buffet which is poorly done with expired juice and burned omelets. The bellman were great!

What a gorgeous oasis, this hotel is beautiful on every level, it’s so clean and beautifully kept, with lush gardens and tropical planting, relaxing and friendly with a calm atmosphere. Sophia makes this oasis into a paradise place to be, she is so welcoming and kind and works so hard to make this place feel really special. The chefs are always making delicious food for you too. A wonderful bar and pool area for unwinding and relaxing in the sunshine with towels and hats provided. The breakfast, salads and evening meals are freshly made with fresh local produce. The tomatoes are divine. The rooms are super clean with robes, clarins products and plenty of towels. The vaulted ceiling and air conditioning made the room feel cool to come back to after the hot sun of July I would highly recommend this hotel for a special break and we will be back ❤️

Decaying business Be aware of a fishy scam, booked a Family room for 5 (2 adults and 3 small kids) and received the invoice for 3 and when you arrive they tell that is not for 5 and you have to get another room or get a suite, obviously on a cost as you just walked in ending up paying twice

I loved my bigger room, I believe it was the super, but it was more spacious and cozy. Love that it’s hard flooring and not carpet, and room was cleaned daily. Felt updated and more new. It was noisier given the location but wasn’t disruptive. Would recommend this style room to anyone, I got comfortable in it very quick.
