Friendly staff but not that well maintained, could do with a bit of a revamp if it’s to deserve its 4 star rating. Perfectly fine for our stay, just needs refreshing.

Old building with hip, hostel-like decor. Only two rooms on the 5th floor and they're up in the attic dormers. Elevator stops at level four! Room was clean and the cleaning lady was very attentive. Give her a raise. No carpet in the room. Some kind of squeaky veneer. (Sorry, 401). Comfortable twin beds with no squeaks. Heat/AC worked silently. Desk is one college kid like you'd expect in a hostel. Old hidden stone spiral staircase goes all the way up to fifth. Great shower. Quiet fridge. Breakfast crew at bar next door were nice but didn't seem like they cared too much about our eating experience. Nice cold spread at the bar and the staff will bring you hot food if you remind them it's their job. "Menu? Oh! Yeah.". But they were pleasant about it. Maybe an early morning staffing issue with a sleep-in manager. Busy night.

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Be aware that there are three floors and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be for others. Overall, highly recommend the Inn!

Nice lodge and fantastic staff. I must have booked us into the house across the street which was a slightly different experience and our particular room was very lacking in terms of amenities, size, and washroom standards.

All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!

Muy mala experiencia. Nadie nos atendió antes de la hora del check in. No se informaba en la reserva No cambiaron las toallas ninguno de los 4 días, incluso cuando fueron dejadas en el sitio de recambio. La puerta del baño se rompio No lo recomiendo para nada
