Excellent location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The Grosvenor suite was very spacious, the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. However, It would not have worked for 2 people. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice at least in a common area. Otherwise everything was top notch. Ryan's pub nearby was fantastic!

They treated us like we were spending thousands of dollars. Chocolates and thank you cards for our Honeymoon. And a bottle of Proseco. The restaurant was great. Everyone was kind and generous to us.

Food was great! The staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend, especially for American travelers. It was also right in the middle of the Grassmarket and lots of fun things to do. I would love to stay here again.

The room was very clean, floors were clean and rugs vacuumed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of stocked items in the room.

The Kimpton Charlotte Square was the perfect place to spend Christmas week in Edinburgh! The staff were incredibly pleasant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were lovely—very comfortable and beautifully designed. The location is unbeatable; we were right in the heart of everything and could easily walk to the Christmas market, the amazing shopping on George Street and Princes Street, and iconic spots like Victoria Street and the Royal Mile. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Didn’t sleep the second night due to noise from the club next door. The hotel was very nice and the staff excellent. It was a pity that the noise kept me awake otherwise 5 stars.
